1. Submit intake forms
Complete medical history, dental history and HIPAA-compliant consent forms before your visit. We email you a secure link the moment your appointment is confirmed.
2. We verify your insurance
Our patient coordinator runs a full PPO benefits verification 48 hours before your appointment so you know your expected out-of-pocket cost before you sit in the chair.
3. 60-minute new-patient exam
Dr Marchetti reviews your history, photographs the smile, takes low-dose digital X-rays as needed and discusses your goals. No upsell at the chair.
4. Written treatment plan
You leave with a written, line-item treatment plan with three timing options (now, phased, or future). Never a verbal range, never a high-pressure close.
Out-of-network with all PPO carriers — we file your claim for you.
Most patients with good PPO plans recover 30–50% of treatment cost. We submit pre-authorization paperwork and itemized statements directly to your carrier.
